Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Good Dog Outfitters is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
